Privacy Policy for Bulk Manage — ChatGPT Organizer

Bulk Manage — ChatGPT Organizer ("Bulk Manage") is a browser extension developed by Rainpuddle LLC.

Bulk Manage is designed to help users select, organize, archive, delete, and navigate ChatGPT conversations more efficiently. This Privacy Policy explains what information the extension accesses, how that information is used, and how it is stored.

Bulk Manage is an independent third-party extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by OpenAI.

1. Information Bulk Manage Accesses

Bulk Manage operates on supported ChatGPT pages in order to provide its conversation-management features.

To provide these features, the extension may access information that is already displayed or associated with conversations in the ChatGPT interface, including:

• conversation titles;
• conversation identifiers;
• conversation list and selection state;
• interface elements needed to perform user-requested actions such as selecting, opening, archiving, or deleting conversations; and
• organizational information created within Bulk Manage, such as folder names and conversation-to-folder assignments.

Bulk Manage is not designed to collect or store the contents of your ChatGPT messages or prompts.

The extension accesses only the information necessary to provide its user-facing conversation-management and navigation features.

2. Local Data Storage

Bulk Manage stores organizer information locally in your browser.

This may include:

• folders you create;
• conversation identifiers associated with those folders;
• conversation-to-folder assignments;
• extension preferences and organizational state; and
• other minimal local metadata necessary for the extension to function.

This information remains on your device and is used to provide Bulk Manage's organization features.

Rainpuddle LLC does not operate a remote account or cloud-storage service for Bulk Manage organizer data. Bulk Manage does not upload your locally stored organizer data to Rainpuddle LLC servers.

3. Temporary Processing of ChatGPT Information

When you use Bulk Manage, the extension may temporarily read information from the ChatGPT interface so that it can display available conversations and carry out actions you request.

For example, the extension may read a conversation title so that the correct conversation can be shown in Bulk Manage's selection interface.

Information that is needed only for the current browser session or interaction may be processed temporarily without being permanently stored by Bulk Manage.

4. Archive and Delete Actions

When you instruct Bulk Manage to archive or delete a ChatGPT conversation, Bulk Manage performs that action through the ChatGPT interface.

The underlying conversation and account data are maintained by OpenAI, not Rainpuddle LLC.

Archiving or deleting a conversation through Bulk Manage may therefore affect information stored in your ChatGPT account. OpenAI's handling of that information is governed by OpenAI's own privacy policies and terms.

Bulk Manage does not maintain a separate copy of deleted ChatGPT conversations.

5. New-Tab and Navigation Features

Bulk Manage includes navigation features that can help users open or manage ChatGPT conversations in browser tabs.

These features use information already available in the ChatGPT interface to identify the conversation or destination requested by the user.

Bulk Manage does not transmit your browsing activity to Rainpuddle LLC for advertising, profiling, or behavioral tracking.

6. Data We Do Not Collect

Bulk Manage does not intentionally collect or transmit to Rainpuddle LLC:

• ChatGPT message or prompt contents;
• passwords or authentication credentials;
• payment or financial information;
• personal profile information from your ChatGPT account;
• browsing history unrelated to Bulk Manage's operation on supported ChatGPT pages;
• precise location information;
• advertising identifiers; or
• data for personalized advertising or user profiling.

Bulk Manage does not sell user data.

Bulk Manage does not use user data for advertising.

Bulk Manage does not transfer user data to data brokers or advertising networks.

7. Analytics and Tracking

Bulk Manage does not include third-party advertising trackers or behavioral analytics intended to monitor individual users.

The Chrome Web Store and Chrome browser may independently collect information relating to extension installation, usage, crashes, or store activity as part of Google's services. That information is controlled by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Rainpuddle LLC may receive aggregate information made available to developers by the Chrome Web Store, such as installation counts, user counts, ratings, or similar store-level statistics. Google describes such developer-accessible information as aggregated store data rather than the contents of users' extension activity, as explained in Chrome for Developers.

8. Sharing of Information

Rainpuddle LLC does not sell, rent, or commercially share information accessed by Bulk Manage.

Information handled locally by the extension is not shared with Rainpuddle LLC.

When Bulk Manage performs an action within ChatGPT, the action occurs through the ChatGPT service itself. OpenAI may process information associated with your ChatGPT account according to its own policies.

Information may also be disclosed if required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.

9. Permissions and Website Access

Bulk Manage requests only the browser and website access necessary to provide its advertised functionality.

Its access to supported ChatGPT pages is used to:

• identify conversations displayed in the ChatGPT interface;
• allow users to select multiple conversations;
• organize conversations using Bulk Manage's local folder system;
• perform user-requested archive or delete operations; and
• provide supported navigation and new-tab features.

Bulk Manage does not use its access to ChatGPT pages for unrelated browsing surveillance, advertising, or profiling.

Chrome Web Store policy requires extensions to request the narrowest permissions necessary for their disclosed purpose, as described in the Chrome Web Store Program Policies.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Local organizational information remains stored in your browser for as long as it is needed to provide Bulk Manage's features or until you remove it.

You may remove locally stored Bulk Manage data by using available organizer controls, clearing the extension's local browser data, or uninstalling the extension.

Deleting or archiving a ChatGPT conversation is separate from deleting Bulk Manage's local organizational metadata. ChatGPT account data is controlled by OpenAI.

11. Security

Bulk Manage is designed to minimize the amount of user information it handles and to keep organizer information local whenever possible.

Because Bulk Manage does not operate a remote storage service for your organizer data, that information is not transmitted to Rainpuddle LLC for storage.

No software system can guarantee absolute security, but Bulk Manage is designed around limited permissions, minimal data access, and local processing.

12. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Compliance

Bulk Manage's use of information is limited to providing and improving the extension's disclosed user-facing functionality.

Bulk Manage does not use information obtained through its browser access for personalized advertising, creditworthiness decisions, data brokerage, or other unrelated purposes.

Bulk Manage complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Chrome's Limited Use policy restricts extension data to the extension's disclosed purpose and prohibits uses such as transferring user data for personalized advertising or to data brokers, as described in the Chrome Web Store Program Policies.

13. Children's Privacy

Bulk Manage is a general-purpose productivity extension and is not directed specifically toward children.

Rainpuddle LLC does not knowingly use Bulk Manage to collect personal information from children.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Bulk Manage's features, data practices, or legal requirements change.

If an update materially changes how Bulk Manage handles user information, the relevant disclosures will be updated accordingly.

The effective date at the top of this policy indicates when the current version became effective.
